Lanshi reloading developed titanium stripper of Ningxia Baofeng project

The stripper of ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co., LTD. 500,000 tons/year coal to olefin project contracted by Lanshi Reloading Company has been completed and shipped. The stripper device consists of stripper non-condensable gas heater, stripper top condenser and condensate stripper. Among them, stripper non-condensable gas heater and stripper tower top condenser are mainly made of titanium, with a total weight of about 10 tons. They are similar equipment that reloading Company has successfully completed the stripper manufacturing of methanol project -- Transformation and Heat recovery project of Ningxia Baofeng Coke gasification to 600,000 tons/year olefin in 2019. In the manufacturing process, in order to prevent contamination of impurities such as iron ion and ensure product quality, stripper is produced in the clean workshop of repackaging and refining company. By optimizing the welding process, making the welding seam protection drag cover and reforming the welding machine positioning head, reloading company has overcome the technical problems such as easy crack and easy oxidation in the welding process of titanium material and successfully completed the product manufacturing. Reloading company successfully developed titanium stripper again, which has accumulated rich experience for the company to further expand the non-ferrous metal pressure vessel market.
